National Suicide Prevention UK

National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK is a helpline offering a supportive listening service to anyone with thoughts of suicide, or who is supporting someone who is suicidal.

They are open 24/7 on 0800 689 5652.  Anybody is welcome to call them if you need to talk.

National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK is available when you feel you need it. This can be different for everybody – some people can reach that point daily, and for some people it is a rare occurrence. The helpline volunteers are empathic and non-judgemental. They will provide a space and time for you to talk about how you’re feeling.

The helpline is a confidential service for those aged 18 or over.
